Sweating like the old days!
Energy, excitement, nostalgia and sweat! Back for the first January rehearsal for The Bay and seriously I haven't sweated like that since it's last outing at Theatre 503! I've also gained a little weight and lost some fitness but am back in there and raring to rave like no-one's business. Tonight saw us working the physical sequences over and over and they reminded me just how energy driven parts of the play are.
